Booking Policy

This salon operates under CASH ONLY, so please make sure you have the correct amount of money on your person for the service/s you are receiving.
For your ensured safety, please notify us if you have any allergies to products, long-term medical conditions, physical difficulties, disabilities or if you are pregnant.
Selected treatments are not offered to those aged under 16, so please enquire about this before you book with us.
You may bring one extra person to your salon visit as we have an extra chair - sadly, pets are not allowed in the salon area.
Aesthetic treatments cannot be carried on pregnant or breast feeding women.
A 48 hour notice period is required for any cancellations and rescheduling.
If you wish to reschedule, please contact us with a time that is more suitable for you and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. We may not be able to accommodate you if you are later than 10 minutes.
There is a zero tolerance policy for any rudeness or harassment - you will be asked to leave.
